With the weather turning rainy again, I haven't had a chance to pull out the camera for the last week or so. That's just given me more time to play on the new PvP servers for EQ2, though. So far PvP has been a lot of fun.
I was expecting to have minimal PvP until I reached 20 or so when I started venturing into Nektulus forest. Boy was I wrong. At level 12 Val was getting ganked in the Graveyard, so I got a little taste of chasing down and killing Qeynosians then. Now we see them constantly while running around the Commonlands.
One of the things I've noticed are that Qeynosians seem to run a lot. It seems kind of odd when a group of 3 people, each of whom is about 2 levels higher than you, run from your group of 2. Stand and fight dammit! I've had some pretty close fights with orange cons that stood and fight, but I usually die to them. Soon I will have to venture into Antonica and make them all suffer!
I've been slowly working up my levels and am now at level 18 Brigand/22 Weaponsmith. I have been busy trying to upgrade my equipment and make stuff for people. I'll likely make one more big batch of bags and weapons then try to get my adventure levels up again. It looks like rain for most of the week, through the weekend, so I'll likely be 25 by the end of the weekend.
I said I haven't gotten my camera out much, but I did get a few decent duck shots. I put them into an album on my Linux box.
I put up a couple of these in my "sales" gallery and may pick 1 or two more for there as well.
